1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide when creating an account: your email address and display name. We also collect your picks and predictions as you use the platform. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name and email from Google.

2. How We Use Your Information

Your information is used to operate the platform: showing your picks, calculating scores, and displaying leaderboards within your pools. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Your picks and scores are visible to other members of pools you join — this is the core function of a prediction pool.

3. Data Storage

Your data is stored securely using Supabase (PostgreSQL) with row-level security policies. Authentication is handled by Supabase Auth. Data is stored in the United States.

4. Cookies

We use cookies solely for authentication — to keep you logged in across sessions. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

5. Your Rights

You can update your profile information at any time via the Settings page. To request deletion of your account and data, email us at hello@thejuicepools.com.
